I have one of their XPS-13 models, although I run Fedora 20 on it, not Ubuntu.  It's not a 14"-15" display but 13", although it is quite nice.  Quick to boot with an SSD, and the touchpad is (now) well-supported.  I like it.  And I didn't pay the MS tax.
