[WLUG] Updating Kubuntu 13.04

Clicking on the notification closes the notification.
I first looked in Muon/System & Settings, didn't recognize anything there that said Security Update.

I'm unfamiliar with current KDE behavior but it seems logical that just clicking on the notification would start the update.  You should also be able do it with Muon.
