[WLUG] Updating Kubuntu 13.04

I'm not familiar with Kubuntu but I have used Xubuntu in the past. I looked
quickly at the Kubuntu wiki and Muon looks like the normal Ubuntu updater with a
KDE user interface. Anyway take a look at this wiki and see if it helps. It's
for an old version but I think the method is still valid. If I recall correctly,
one of the rules for Ubuntu upgrades is that you have to do them sequentially,
ie. you can't skip versions.
