[WLUG] Citrix Receiver for Linux

I'm using Kubuntu 14.04, and I'd like to install Citrix Receiver for Linux.  There are 3 packages listed on the  Citrix site: Debian, RPM and tarball - which one do I use, and what do I do to get it installed?
