 That's true, Clif, and I used to do that.  But nowadays I'd prefer to boot off a USB thumb drive than a DVD - they're easier/faster to create, faster to run, they're ubiquitous, and they're re-usable (re-writable).  Hopefully, it's relatively easy to write a DVD iso to a thumb drive, even for a newbie?
