<div dir="ltr"><div>The server now says something like: "you don't have access to /" but the error.log says that it does is not able to access "/var/www/newSite/" (I'm at home now). Very annoying and very unlike my previous ubuntu experiences. Very frustrating.<br>

Unless I missed it, you didn't actually mention how it's not
working...<br>

However, note that were changes in the Access Control; enable
mod_access_compat (although I'll couldn't get that work...) or use
the new "Require" keywords...<br>
