[WLUG] Apache 2.4 config problem

The server now says something like: "you don't have access to /" but the
error.log says that it does is not able to access "/var/www/newSite/" (I'm
at home now). Very annoying and very unlike my previous ubuntu
experiences. Very frustrating.
