[WLUG] talk for july 19 meeting

Hello,

I am preparing the following presentation for PyOhio 2018

"Python, robotics, opencv and vision"

The presentation is rough, but I could present it if there is interest
in it. 

How it relates to Linux? Our robot runs Linux and we integrate a
Raspberry PI running Raspbian.
