How is it that in a contrived arena: you are actually looking for computer
developers. Given the aforementioned need is sincere, than the task at hand
is finished (or doomed), from the start by some larger entity looking to
promote the industry as having "opportunity" Your actual task is of
spreading word that "you too", can have a machine language career when in
fact: it is pre-selected and easily taught to whoever is "next" in line for
it.
This is why consulting firm advertisements depict beautiful, smart and
diverse looking people while real ads show typical people you would meet in
life. Also many job recruiters un-wittingly promote this illusion with all
the web pages and emails they craft. But hey, now we can have better jobs
and many slaves.
