That looks like advance schooling which would be used to support
subordinate schooling. It is a flattering yet pragmatic boast for collages
to stay ahead of the societal function it bolsters. However, why is it so
important in IT that a "master" be acquired? The answer: much of IT can be
practiced using single person tools. The quality of IT effort is
proportional to the hours spent practicing. The Intrinsically tentative
product it produces (refer to the aforementioned post), means no bar is
ever set for others. It is a teach and release mechanism that requires
daddy more than it does talent. That is why senior developers make more
than doctors while the original task they preformed wains. Not to mention.
