If it makes you feel better, you don't really need a college education
for the position. The job requirements include: "Bachelor’s degree in
a related field or equivalent education, experience, and
certification." As someone who has hired IT talent within the
university, I know I consider experience to be just as important (if
not more) than a degree.

PS: To be honest, my undergraduate education didn't really give me much
"Collage" education. I learned to make collages in elementary school.
